What this report doesn’t say is that our branch moved a motion for UNISON Higher Education Service Group to campaign for a £10/hour minimum wage across all universities and “publicise the £10/hour policy as widely as possible, using it as a recruitment aid and demonstrating our commitment to ending poverty pay”, so it’s not clear why the author of this report decided to not mention that.
