UNISON members at nearly 50 universities are being balloted over whether they want to take action over the imposed 0% pay “rise” in August 2020. If you work directly for the University, you should have received a ballot paper to your home address this week, like this:
Please make sure you open it, and return your vote in the envelope provided. We need a turnout of 50% or more, otherwise we can’t threaten to take action. Every vote counts and every vote not returned makes it harder for us to achieve that 50% threshold.
