Annual General Meeting(s) 2024

Thanks to everyone who came along to one of our four AGMs this year, either in person or on-line. We had four great meetings and it was good to see you all.

We’ll keep this page here for future reference.

This year, we’re hosting four meetings, one on each site. We’d love to see you in person, but if you find it easier, feel free attend using Teams. You don’t need to attend the meeting at your normal campus if you find it easier to attend a different one. (The meeting at Moulsecoomb will be the largest, but all meetings will follow the same agenda. The Eastbourne meeting will obviously be the last to be held at that site, and we can discuss the implications of closure for members then.)

Our meetings all start at 12.30pm and will finish by 2pm. If you’re coming in person, you’re welcome to join us for a free buffet lunch from 12 noon.

All members are entitled to attend in work time, provided you let your manager know in advance, so they can arrange cover where necessary.

If you do intend to join us, please let us know using the attendance form below. We need this for the catering!

Monday 11th March – Falmer, Checkland B502

Tuesday 12th March – City Campus, Edward Street 304

Wednesday 13th March  – Moulsecoomb, Watts Building 504

Thursday 14th March – Eastbourne, Hillbrow 117
